Where we ship

This store ships worldwide from our studio in Montreal, Canada. Customers in Canada, the US and Mexico: please order from our main site, latexnemesis.com, for duty and tax-free shipping under CUSMA.

Duties and taxes paid - guaranteed

Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so nothing is owed at your door. If a carrier ever charges you duties or import taxes on delivery, send us the carrier's receipt and we will refund those charges.

When your order ships

Most items are made to order. The lead time shown on each item starts once we have all the details we need (measurements and photos for custom sizing, hair colour and other options). Delays in sending these details push back the ship date.
In-stock items ship sooner - see the lead time on each item.
Rush production is chosen on the cart page and applies to the whole cart (no rush fee is added to in-stock items).
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order leaves our studio.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout by the carrier for your address. We are still refining carrier-calculated rates: if you see an unusually high rate in your cart, please email us before ordering.

Discreet packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked envelopes or boxes. The return address reads "LN Quebec", and card statements show "LN Quebec" or "LN Quebec Import-Export".

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully. Address changes are possible until your order ships - email us as soon as possible. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or refused delivery, re-shipping is charged at cost.
