Right of withdrawal - customers in the EU, EEA and UK

If you live in the European Union, the EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from a purchase of ready-made, in-stock items within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

Made-to-order items

Almost everything we sell is handmade to order - cut to your measurements or size and built with the colours and options you choose. Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)). How to withdraw

Use the form on this page. You will see a confirmation with the date and time, and we will confirm by email. You can also send us any clear statement that you are withdrawing, by email to nemesis@latexnemesis.com or by post to Latex Nemesis, 8320 Av. André Ampère, Montreal, Quebec H1E 4B1, Canada. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your notice before the 14 days have passed.

Returns and refunds

• Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, to our workshop in Canada. You pay the cost of returning them.
• We refund everything you paid for the returned goods, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice, to your original payment method. We may wait to refund until the goods are back with us, or until you send proof that you have returned them, whichever comes first.
• Returns must be sent with tracking and the parcel weight shown on the receipt. We check every return on arrival: if items are missing, used or damaged beyond what was needed to check them, we deduct their value from the refund, or ask for the refund back if it has already been paid.
• You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check them, as you would in a shop.
